It’s been two weeks since the start of the season, and the NRL has yet to reveal any major changes to the rules.
There are still two weeks until the end of the NRL season, so it’s hard to know exactly how the teams will play out this season, but we know a few of the biggest changes will be coming in the coming weeks.
With the AFL on the bye, there’s also no change to the finals schedule.
The NRL is also set to make a few other minor changes this season that will impact on the way the game is played in Australia.
AFL players will have the option to sit out a game to allow for extra time in the halves.
They can also play a game in the centre of the field in a ‘forward’ position for a maximum of 30 minutes.
In total, there will be a total of six changes coming to the NRL, with the big ones for next year.
